We might be grown up, but we think like kids.

We lead by example, own our mistakes, act with integrity, display humility, embrace our passion and have fun!

Helen creates the vision

Helen Baker - Founder & CEO

I’m passionate about helping kids find their purpose.  I was adopted at a young age into an Australian family and grew up in Gippsland, Victoria. My birth mother was dying at the time of giving me up for adoption, two of my eight siblings had already died from malnutrition and my father was a cane farm worker and couldn’t afford to keep me.

My life could’ve been very different had I stayed in that orphanage as a baby. There’s rarely a day when I don’t wake up and think how grateful I am for the opportunities I’ve had growing up in Australia.

My gratitude, pride, positivity and passion for life is what drives me to be a role model for my own three daughters and my yearning to give other kids the same opportunities.

I’m a Board Director at not-for-profit organisation Adopt Change and a Member of the Board of Advisors for Consulting firm, Komosion. I'm a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and formerly a Lead Client Service Director and Strategic Advisor at Deloitte. I possess over 20 years’ experience in legal and professional services including owning and operating a legal recruitment company for over 10 years.

I’m a mother of three incredible girls and love playing the piano, listening to podcasts and running, my most significant running challenge being the Great Wall of China Marathon. I've just registered for the New York Marathon!
